Requirements :
Povray 3.5 (or povray patched version, based on 3.5 version)
transforms.inc include file (present in povray 3.5 distribution)
Moray 3.3, better 3.5
Copy MakeSnow.dll in Moray plugin directory
Copy MakeSnow.mry in Povray Include directory
